Oregon Scientific, MicroPad 256K

I found an old Oregon Scientific, MicroPad 256K and was wondering if
anyone could tell me something about it. I tried Google but there
doesn't seem to be much info on it.

Anyone know what year it was made, its specs etc? Or could you point
me in the direction of a website that could give me this info?
